You can pay the application fee and dues online now, so you only have to hand in the paper form. Your application is still not considered until you bring the signed form and your original LTC or FID to the club (and your proof, if you are a Student or Military / First Responder).

Next, print the form below, fill it in, sign it, and bring it to the club during open hours (Wed & Sat 12PM–3PM, Sun 9AM–12PM) with your original LTC or FID (we copy it) and your proof if you apply as a Student or Military / First Responder. Your application goes to the Board once everything is in.
Falmouth Skeet Club — Membership Application
Your application is considered by the Board only when BOTH parts are complete: this signed form and your payment.
Please come to the club during open hours (Wed & Sat 12PM–3PM, Sun 9AM–12PM, 20 Sportsman Lane, East Falmouth, MA 02536) and bring:
- this form, filled in and signed;
- your LTC or FID (the original: we make a copy);
- if you apply as a Student or as Military / First Responder, your proof of eligibility (we copy it too);
- payment of the application fee and dues (credit/debit card, check or cash), or pay online first (see the optional box at the top of this page). The amount for each type is below.

Dues are prorated by the month; the club confirms the exact amount when you pay. Applicants must be 18 or older.
